Fears and Phobias
Fear is an emotional response to actual or real danger. A phobia is described as a disorder involving excessive and unprecedented fear or anxiety. Phobias are usually triggered by a particular situation or object, even in its absence. Phobias are unreasonable fears that are typically out of proportion to the object or situation.
Many of us have different types of phobias and fears of objects or situations that may arise just by thinking about it. You know they do not cause danger, but you still can’t overcome it. Getting rid of your fears and phobias is not easy and serve as quite a hindrance to your life while affecting your time to time.
